ph365.orig accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph365.orig account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. ph365.orig is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. ph365.orig reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until identity verification is satisfactorily completed. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph365.orig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ph365.orig's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph365.orig does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You may close your ph365.orig account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
ph365.orig reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false information, or regulatory requirements. In cases of account closure due to breach of Terms, ph365.orig may forfeit any remaining balance.
